24 | 24 | Connecticut's justice and mental health systems by mandating the 2 | |
25 | 25 | collection of anonymized data on undocumented individuals, 3 | |
26 | 26 | including, but not limited to, concerning interactions with court 4 | |
27 | 27 | proceedings, outstanding warrants, presence in correctional facilities or 5 | |
28 | 28 | use of mental health services. 6 | |

30 | 30 | To enhance transparency, data collection and coordination between | |
31 | 31 | Connecticut's justice and mental health systems to support | |
32 | 32 | undocumented individuals, while ensuring privacy and compliance | |
33 | 33 | with legal frameworks and to enable informed policymaking to address | |
34 | 34 | specific needs and challenges faced by undocumented residents. |
