AN ACT CONCERNING TRANSPARENCY AND SUPPORT SYSTEMS 
FOR UNDOCUMENTED INDIVIDUALS IN CONNECTICUT. 
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General 
Assembly convened: 
 
That the general statutes be amended to increase transparency in 1 
Connecticut's justice and mental health systems by mandating the 2 
collection of anonymized data on undocumented individuals, 3 
including, but not limited to, concerning interactions with court 4 
proceedings, outstanding warrants, presence in correctional facilities or 5 
use of mental health services. 6 
Statement of Purpose:   
To enhance transparency, data collection and coordination between 
Connecticut's justice and mental health systems to support 
undocumented individuals, while ensuring privacy and compliance 
with legal frameworks and to enable informed policymaking to address 
specific needs and challenges faced by undocumented residents.
