27 | 27 | of wrongdoing by a veterinarian to the owner of the animal that is the 3 | |
28 | 28 | subject of such allegation, even if the allegation was made by someone 4 | |
29 | 29 | other than such owner, provided such disclosure shall not be required 5 | |
30 | 30 | if the allegation is unrelated to the provision of veterinary care to the 6 | |
