| 25 | 25 | penalty schedule for reckless driving that mirrors the penalty schedule 2 | |

| 27 | 27 | alcohol, including fines, periods of suspension for a motor vehicle 4 | |
| 28 | 28 | operator's license or nonresident operating privilege, periods of 5 | |
| 29 | 29 | incarceration and increased penalties for second, third and subsequent 6 | |
| 30 | 30 | violations, except provisions involving the installation of ignition 7 | |
| 31 | 31 | interlocking devices, and in lieu of a pretrial impaired driving 8 | |
