| 25 | 25 | provision of any medical or mental health service to a minor, the health 2 | |
| 26 | 26 | care provider or mental health care provider notify the parent or 3 | |
| 27 | 27 | guardian of such minor and, in the case of the termination of a 4 | |
| 28 | 28 | pregnancy by a minor, such minor may seek and receive court approval 5 | |
| 29 | 29 | to terminate the pregnancy in a proceeding that ensures the minor's 6 | |
| 30 | 30 | anonymity and is conducted with sufficient expedition to allow such 7 | |
| 31 | 31 | minor to terminate the pregnancy. 8 | |
