| 30 | 30 | is a resident of this state and out of state temporarily due to attendance 4 | |
| 31 | 31 | at an institution of higher learning, and (2) the treating physician is 5 | |
| 32 | 32 | appropriately licensed, certified or registered in this state and 6 | |
| 33 | 33 | authorized to provide mental health services through telehealth to the 7 | |
