35 | 35 | "Combined Public Benefits Charge" from electric bills for end use 5 | |
36 | 36 | customers of each electric distribution company unless such charge is 6 | |
37 | 37 | approved by the General Assembly, and (3) require that any such future 7 | |
38 | 38 | charge be implemented only upon the affirmative vote of the General 8 | |
