2828 AN ACT CONCERNING THE EARNED INCOME TAX CREDIT.
2929 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General

3232 That section 12-704e of the general statutes be amended to increase 1
3333 the applicable percentage of the earned income tax credit to forty-one 2
3434 and one-half per cent of the federal earned income tax credit and allow 3
3535 households earning less than three hundred per cent of the federal 4
3636 poverty levels to claim such credit. 5
3737 Statement of Purpose:
3838 To increase the applicable percentage of the earned income tax credit to
3939 forty-one and one-half per cent of the federal earned income tax credit
4040 and allow households earning less than three hundred per cent of the
4141 federal poverty levels to claim such credit.
