| 22 | 22 | That the general statutes be amended to provide that: (1) No 1 | |
| 23 | 23 | physician shall knowingly use the physician's own sperm to inseminate 2 | |
| 24 | 24 | a patient without the patient's consent; and (2) any person harmed by a 3 | |
| 25 | 25 | physician knowingly using his own sperm to inseminate a patient 4 | |
| 26 | 26 | without the patient's consent may bring an action against such physician 5 | |
| 27 | 27 | in the Superior Court to recover the actual damages sustained by such 6 | |
