| 24 | 24 | a grandparent may petition the Superior Court for the right of visitation 2 | |
| 25 | 25 | with a minor child when (1) the child's parents or guardians are 3 | |
| 26 | 26 | unreasonably depriving the grandparent of the opportunity to visit with 4 | |
| 27 | 27 | the minor child, and (2) there are compelling circumstances to overcome 5 | |
| 28 | 28 | the presumption that the decision by the parents or guardians to deny 6 | |
