| 23 | 23 | That the general statutes be amended to require each superintendent, 1 | |
| 24 | 24 | including, but not limited to, any interim superintendent and other 2 | |
| 25 | 25 | superintendent appointed for a limited or temporary term, assistant 3 | |
| 26 | 26 | superintendent and president of a local or regional board of education 4 | |
| 27 | 27 | of a school district in which eighty per cent or more of the student 5 | |
| 28 | 28 | population belongs to one ethnic group to complete not less than thirty 6 | |
| 29 | 29 | credit hours in cultural education in the history and socioeconomic 7 | |
| 30 | 30 | conditions of such ethnic group. 8 | |
