| 27 | 27 | regulatory compliance, and (2) authorize a surcharge for certain water 3 | |
| 28 | 28 | infrastructure projects that provide environmental and public health 4 | |
| 29 | 29 | benefits, including, but not limited to, addressing PFAS contamination. 5 | |
