| 23 | 23 | That chapter 700c of the general statutes be amended to provide that 1 | |
| 24 | 24 | no individual or group health insurance policy that is delivered, issued 2 | |
| 25 | 25 | for delivery, renewed, amended or continued in this state that provides 3 | |
| 26 | 26 | coverage for paxlovid shall impose any coinsurance, copayment, 4 | |
| 27 | 27 | deductible or other out-of-pocket expense for paxlovid that exceeds a 5 | |
