2525 AN ACT CONCERNING THE USE OF THE CONNECTICUT JUVENILE

2727 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General

3030 That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of 1

3232 nonprofit agency to provide a secure site for the provision of intensive 3
3333 mental and behavioral health services to adjudicated high-risk youth 4

3636 To reimagine and reopen the Connecticut Juvenile Training School for
3737 the purpose of providing better educational resources for high-risk
