25 | 25 | Connecticut for not less than ten years; (2) allow the presiding referee to 3 | |
26 | 26 | determine, in consultation with the parties, the place of any hearing, 4 | |
27 | 27 | hearing conference, status conference or settlement conference; (3) 5 | |
28 | 28 | require the Office of the Attorney General to represent the presiding 6 | |
29 | 29 | officer in any appeal of a final order by the Commission on Human 7 | |
30 | 30 | Rights and Opportunities; and (4) replace references to "human right 8 | |
