2121 AN ACT CONCERNING THE APPOINTMENT OF A CONSUMER

2424 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
2525 Assembly convened:

2727 That title 16 of the general statutes be amended to require that not 1
2828 fewer than one member of the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority 2
2929 have experience in consumer protection and advocacy and that such 3
3030 member be appointed for the purpose of protecting consumers and 4
