28 | 28 | sales and use taxes imposed on meals sold by an eating establishment, 3 | |
29 | 29 | caterer or grocery store be dedicated to the following purposes: (1) One-4 | |
30 | 30 | half per cent to be distributed to the municipalities in which the revenue 5 | |
31 | 31 | was generated and used for infrastructure and to develop public safety 6 | |
32 | 32 | initiatives; (2) one-quarter per cent to be used to promote tourism in the 7 | |
33 | 33 | state; and (3) one-quarter per cent to be used to fund workforce 8 | |
