| 20 | 20 | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General | |

| 23 | 23 | That the general statutes be amended to (1) impose limits on 1 | |
| 24 | 24 | exclusivity agreements between entertainment venues and ticket 2 | |
| 25 | 25 | resellers, (2) require ticket resellers to disclose all fees to consumers prior 3 | |
| 26 | 26 | to purchase, (3) limit ticket resale prices to not more than a specified 4 | |
| 27 | 27 | percentage above face value, (4) require ticket resellers to (A) establish 5 | |
| 28 | 28 | refund policies in the event of cancelled live events, (B) provide 6 | |
| 29 | 29 | conspicuous notice to consumers regarding such refund policies at the 7 | |
| 30 | 30 | time of purchase, and (C) provide refunds to consumers within a 8 | |
