26 | 26 | outcomes for children by (1) increasing Medicaid reimbursement rates 2 | |
27 | 27 | for preventive services such as dental sealants and fluoride varnish 3 | |
28 | 28 | treatments, (2) expanding the Access for Baby Care Program to older 4 | |
29 | 29 | children, and (3) providing dental benefits under the state medical 5 | |
30 | 30 | assistance program to all Connecticut residents who are income eligible 6 | |
