1818 AN ACT CONCERNING THE INCOME THRESHOLD FOR TENANTS
1919 RENTING A DWELLING UNIT IN A SET-ASIDE DEVELOPMENT.
2020 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
2121 Assembly convened:

2323 That section 8-30g of the general statutes be amended to permit any 1
2424 person or family renting a dwelling unit in a set-aside development to 2
2525 continue renting such dwelling unit for not more than three years after 3
2626 such person's or family's income exceeds an amount that would 4
2727 otherwise disqualify such person or family from renting such dwelling 5
2828 unit. 6
2929 Statement of Purpose:
3030 To permit a tenant renting a dwelling unit in a set-aside development to
3131 continue renting such dwelling unit for three years after such tenant's
3232 income exceeds the statutory income threshold.
