1818 AN ACT CONCERNING SEXUAL MISCONDUCT.
1919 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
2020 Assembly convened:

2222 That the general statutes be amended to require that any complaint 1
2323 of sexual misconduct is recorded and follows the accused person, even 2
2424 if such person resigns from his or her position or moves out of a 3

2626 Statement of Purpose:
2727 To ensure that complaints concerning incidences of sexual misconduct
2828 do not go unrecorded and parties are held liable.
