AN ACT CONCERNING SEXUAL MISCONDUCT. 
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General 
Assembly convened: 
 
That the general statutes be amended to require that any complaint 1 
of sexual misconduct is recorded and follows the accused person, even 2 
if such person resigns from his or her position or moves out of a 3 
municipality or the state. 4 
Statement of Purpose:   
To ensure that complaints concerning incidences of sexual misconduct 
do not go unrecorded and parties are held liable.
