| 27 | 27 | Commissioner of Public Health to implement an annual public 5 | |
| 28 | 28 | education campaign to educate state residents about free and low-cost 6 | |
| 29 | 29 | vaccines available through the vaccines for children program, (3) 7 | |
| 30 | 30 | require the Commissioner of Public Health to develop training for, and 8 | |
| 31 | 31 | provide technical assistance to, each local health department and health 9 | |
| 32 | 32 | district relating to billing and insurance for vaccines, and (4) eliminate 10 | |
