| 30 | 30 | ownership structure of such provider's practice or facility and disclose 5 | |
| 31 | 31 | any significant changes in such ownership structure to the Health 6 | |
| 32 | 32 | Systems Planning Unit, and (3) authorize the Attorney General to 7 | |
| 33 | 33 | enforce the provisions of subdivisions (1) and (2) of this section. 8 | |
