| 26 | 26 | health care or hospice care through a home health care agency, hospice 3 | |
| 27 | 27 | agency or home health aide, accessible to any worker providing such 4 | |
| 28 | 28 | care, and (2) a telephone hotline and Internet web site for individuals to 5 | |
| 29 | 29 | report violent incidents involving any patient provided home health 6 | |
| 30 | 30 | care that did not result in an arrest and such incidents to be added to 7 | |
