| 24 | 24 | municipalities that use an automated traffic enforcement safety device 2 | |
| 25 | 25 | pursuant to sections 14-307a to 14-307, inclusive, of the general statutes 3 | |
| 26 | 26 | by an amount equal to the costs associated with such use, including 4 | |
| 27 | 27 | processing and storing images and processing and collecting fines, plus 5 | |
| 28 | 28 | any amount the state would have received if the motor vehicle violation 6 | |
| 29 | 29 | detected by such device was detected by a law enforcement officer and 7 | |
