30 | 30 | campaign to ensure the safety of pedestrians and bicyclists sharing the 3 | |
31 | 31 | roadways with vehicles, and (2) develop a framework that permits 4 | |
32 | 32 | pedestrians to report instances of unsafe driving and use the data from 5 | |
33 | 33 | such reports to implement traffic enforcement practices and 6 | |
34 | 34 | technologies to improve pedestrian and bicyclist safety. 7 | |
