| 21 | 21 | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General | |
| 22 | 22 | Assembly convened: | |

| 24 | 24 | Section 1. (Effective from passage) The chairpersons and ranking 1 | |
| 25 | 25 | members of the joint standing committee of the General Assembly 2 | |
| 26 | 26 | having cognizance of matters relating to finance, revenue and bonding, 3 | |
| 27 | 27 | in consultation with the Commissioner of Revenue Services, shall study 4 | |
| 28 | 28 | possible new revenue streams. Not later than January 1, 2026, the 5 | |
| 29 | 29 | chairpersons and ranking members shall jointly submit a report, in 6 | |
| 30 | 30 | accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes, 7 | |
| 31 | 31 | on the group's findings and recommendations to the joint standing 8 | |
| 32 | 32 | committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters 9 | |
| 33 | 33 | relating to finance, revenue and bonding. 10 | |
