1921 AN ACT CONCERNING THE ISSUANCE OF A NEW PERMIT FOR THE
2022 CONSTRUCTION OF A DOCK WHEN THE FORMER PERMIT HAS
2123 EXPIRED.
2224 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
2325 Assembly convened:

25-Section 1. (Effective from passage) Notwithstanding any provision of 1
26-title 22a of the general statutes, the Department of Energy and 2
27-Environmental Protection shall issue a new permit, not later than sixty 3
28-days after the effective date of this section, for the construction of a dock 4
29-to any resident who was not able to construct such dock under a 5
30-formerly issued but subsequently expired permit from said agency, 6
31-provided there are no changes in any such application from the formerly 7
32-approved permit. 8
33-This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
34-sections:

27+That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of 1
