27 | 27 | influence of an intoxicating liquor or drug, or both, causes the death of 3 | |
28 | 28 | another person to pay financial restitution to the surviving spouse or 4 | |
29 | 29 | other relative of the deceased person who is supporting the children of 5 | |
30 | 30 | the deceased person until such children are eighteen years of age. 6 | |
