26 | 26 | That chapter 35 of the general statutes be amended to provide that 1 | |
27 | 27 | the Office of the Attorney General may investigate, intervene in or bring 2 | |
28 | 28 | a civil or administrative action in the name of the state, seeking 3 | |
29 | 29 | injunctive or declaratory relief, damages and any other relief that may 4 | |
30 | 30 | be available under law, whenever any person in the insurance, 5 | |
31 | 31 | pharmaceutical, pharmacy benefit management or utility sector is or has 6 | |
32 | 32 | engaged in a practice or pattern of conduct that constitutes price 7 | |
