25 | 25 | protections for physicians and fair processes in health care employment 2 | |
26 | 26 | transitions, including, but not limited to (1) requiring health care 3 | |
27 | 27 | employers to provide not less than one hundred eighty days' notice 4 | |
28 | 28 | before implementing any significant employment change affecting 5 | |
29 | 29 | physician groups of more than seven members, (2) prohibiting health 6 | |
30 | 30 | care employers from terminating physicians except for just cause, (3) 7 | |
31 | 31 | requiring health care employers seeking to make significant 8 | |
32 | 32 | employment changes to submit such changes to the Commissioner of 9 | |
33 | 33 | Health Strategy for review and approval, (4) prohibiting health care 10 | |
34 | 34 | employers from requiring physicians to join external groups without 11 | |
