AN ACT CONCERNING PROPERTY TAX EXEMPTIONS FOR SOLAR 
PROJECTS. 
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General 
Assembly convened: 
 
That the general statutes be amended to require that a property of 1 
five acres or more, which the owner divides into multiple lots of less 2 
than five acres for the purpose of leasing land for solar projects, shall be 3 
treated as one property for property tax purposes, and that each such 4 
lot shall be required to have separate points of ingress and egress. 5 
Statement of Purpose:
