| 28 | 28 | agency to have a working smoke detector and, if there is no working 4 | |
| 29 | 29 | smoke detector in a home, to require the home health care agency, 5 | |
| 30 | 30 | hospice agency or home health aide agency to negotiate with the 6 | |
| 31 | 31 | homeowner to supply a working smoke detector. 7 | |
