| 34 | 34 | | That the general statutes be amended to (1) reestablish the Legislative 1 |

| 35 | 35 | | Program Review and Investigations Committee; (2) impose 2 |

| 36 | 36 | | consequences for state agencies that do not submit mandated reports; 3 |

| 37 | 37 | | (3) reestablish the Commission on Enhancing Agency Outcomes; (4) 4 |
