26 | 26 | general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3 | |
27 | 27 | three hundred thousand dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used by 4 | |
28 | 28 | the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection for the 5 | |
29 | 29 | purpose of providing a grant-in-aid to the town of Franklin to address a 6 | |
30 | 30 | well contaminated with perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances 7 | |
31 | 31 | that is associated with the Franklin Town Hall and wells contaminated 8 | |
