2424 AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE TO IMPROVE THE
2525 RECREATIONAL FACILITIES AT CAMP OAKDALE IN THE TOWN OF

2727 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
2828 Assembly convened:

3030 That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
3131 issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the 2
3232 general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
3333 four million one hundred fifty thousand dollars, the proceeds of which 4
3434 shall be used by the Department of Economic and Community 5
3535 Development for the purpose of providing a grant-in-aid to the town of 6
3636 Montville for improvements to the recreational facilities at Camp 7
3737 Oakdale, including, but not limited to, paving the parking area, fixing 8
3838 draining issues in field number seven, installing a splash pad, 9
3939 upgrading the lighting and paving the outer trail for accessibility for 10
