23 | 23 | That chapter 925 of the general statutes be amended to provide that 1 | |
24 | 24 | a visitor, customer or other invitee of an agricultural operation engaged 2 | |
25 | 25 | in agritourism shall assume the risk of injury to their person arising out 3 | |
26 | 26 | of any of the inherent risks of agritourism activities, provided such 4 | |
27 | 27 | agricultural operation posts a clearly visible sign advising such visitor, 5 | |
28 | 28 | customer or other invitee that they are assuming such risks. 6 | |
