27 | 27 | That the sum of thirty million dollars be appropriated to the 1 | |
28 | 28 | Department of Energy and Environmental Protection, from the General 2 | |
29 | 29 | Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, for the purpose of capital 3 | |
30 | 30 | improvements to state-owned soft-surface trails, including, but not 4 | |
31 | 31 | limited to, repairs, upgrades and enhancements necessary to bring the 5 | |
32 | 32 | trails up to standard for public use. Additionally, that the sum of three 6 | |
33 | 33 | million dollars be appropriated for each fiscal year thereafter from the 7 | |
34 | 34 | General Fund to the Department of Energy and Environmental 8 | |
35 | 35 | Protection for the maintenance of such trails. 9 | |
