26 | 26 | registration of an electronic nicotine delivery system dealer, and order 3 | |
27 | 27 | the permanent closure of such dealer, if state or municipal authorities 4 | |
28 | 28 | seize cannabis or cannabis products from such dealer on at least three 5 | |
