1818 AN ACT CONCERNING ELECTRONIC NICOTINE DELIVERY SYSTEM
1919 DEALERS THAT UNLAWFULLY POSSESS CANNABIS AND
2020 CANNABIS PRODUCTS.
2121 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
2222 Assembly convened:

2424 That the general statutes be amended to provide that the 1
2525 Commissioner of Consumer Protection shall permanently revoke the 2
2626 registration of an electronic nicotine delivery system dealer, and order 3
2727 the permanent closure of such dealer, if state or municipal authorities 4
2828 seize cannabis or cannabis products from such dealer on at least three 5
2929 occasions. 6
3030 Statement of Purpose:
3131 To provide that the Commissioner of Consumer Protection shall
3232 permanently revoke the registration of an electronic nicotine delivery
3333 system dealer, and order the permanent closure of such dealer, if state
3434 or municipal authorities seize cannabis or cannabis products from such
3535 dealer on at least three occasions.
