AN ACT CONCERNING ELECTRONIC NICOTINE DELIVERY SYSTEM DEALERS THAT UNLAWFULLY POSSESS CANNABIS AND CANNABIS PRODUCTS. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That the general statutes be amended to provide that the 1 Commissioner of Consumer Protection shall permanently revoke the 2 registration of an electronic nicotine delivery system dealer, and order 3 the permanent closure of such dealer, if state or municipal authorities 4 seize cannabis or cannabis products from such dealer on at least three 5 occasions. 6 Statement of Purpose: To provide that the Commissioner of Consumer Protection shall permanently revoke the registration of an electronic nicotine delivery system dealer, and order the permanent closure of such dealer, if state or municipal authorities seize cannabis or cannabis products from such dealer on at least three occasions.
