22+BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this 20
23+act may be cited as the “Streatery Program Extension Emergency Amendment Act of 2023”. 21

25+Sec. 2. Section 25-113(a)(6) of the District of Columbia Official Code is amended as 23
26+follows: 24
27+ (a) Strike the phrase “2022 and 2023” wherever it appears and insert the phrase “2022, 25
28+2023 and 2024” in its place. 26
29+(b) Subparagraph (A)(i)(II) is amended by striking the semicolon and inserting the phrase 27
30+“annually with the fee for 2024 due by April 1, 2024;” in its place. 28
31+Sec. 3. Fiscal impact statement. 29
32+The Council adopts the fiscal impact of the Budget Director as the fiscal impact 30
33+statement required by section 4a of the General Legislative Procedures Act of 1975, approved 31
34+October 16, 2006 (120 Stat. 2038; D.C. Official Code § 1-301.47a). 32
