28 | | - | (a) Subsection (c)(2) is amended to read as follows: |

29 | | - | “(2) Beginning in Fiscal Year 2024, up to $9.7 million deposited into the Fund |

30 | | - | each fiscal year may be used for the purposes of crime reduction, violence interruption, and other |

31 | | - | public safety initiatives.”. |

32 | | - | (b) Subsection (d)(3)(A) is amended by striking the phrase “$23.5 million” and inserting |
