6565 21 BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, that this

7070 2. Pursuant to D.C. Code 1-204.5(b)(2)(B); D. C. Code 1-204.51(b)(2)(B)(C) (1) and
7171 25 D.C. Code 2-352.02(b)(l) the Council approves Contract No. PO-GF-2024-P-0001-NJH by and

7373 of the District of Columbia and Ellucian Company LLC. in the amount of
7474 27 $3,181,429 for the renewal and continuation of software licensing, application hosting, and
7575 28 maintenance to support the University's Banner Enterprise Resource Planning system.
7676 29 Without Council approval on an emergency basis, critical support services necessary to the vital

7878 of ERP software and related cloud hosting and maintenance services under the existing
7979 31 contract is jeopardized, by creating a potential break in service before the effective start of a new
8080 32 contract. Sec.3. The Council adopts the fiscal impact statement of the Chief Financial Officer as 1
8181 the fiscal impact statement required by section 4a of the General Legislative Procedures Act of 2
8282 1975, approved October 6, 2006 ( 120 Stat. 2038; D.C. Official Code §1- 301.47a). 3
8383 Sec.4. This act shall take effect following approval by the Mayor (or in the event of veto 4
8484 by the Mayor, action by the Council to override the veto), and shall remain in effect for no longer 5
8585 than 90 days, as provided for emergency acts of the Council of the District of Columbia in 6
8686 section 412(a) of the District of Columbia Home Rule Act, approved December 24, 1973 (87 7
8787 Stat. 788; D.C. Official Code § 1- 204.12(a)). . 8
