126+and the District of Columbia. She has been practicing since 2013 and
127+recently transitioned into education at the University of Maryland
128+School of Dentistry.
129+At the dental school, Ms. Harris is the dental hygiene clinic coordinator,
130+course director, and graduate advisor. Her professional interests include
131+health equity and public policy to increase access to care for underserved
132+populations.
133+Ms. Harris is a member of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association
134+and the American Dental Education Association.
135+A Ward 7 resident, Ms. Harris earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental
136+Hygiene from the University of Maryland and her Master of Science in Dental Hygiene from Old
