IN THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA

To confirm the appointment of Ms. Nicole Roehm to the Science Advisory Board.
RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this
resolution may be cited as the “Science Advisory Board Nicole Roehm Confirmation Resolution
of 2024”.
Sec. 2. The Council of the District of Columbia confirms the appointment of:
Ms. Nicole Roehm
North Genesee Woods Drive
Oconomowoc, WI 53066
as a forensic scientist not currently employed by the Department or by a law enforcement
laboratory or agency that provides forensic science services to the District of the Science
Advisory Board, established by section 12 of the Department of Forensic Sciences Establishment
Act of 2011, effective August 17, 2011 (D.C. Law 19-18; D.C. Official Code § 5-1501.11), for a
term to end April 18, 2026.
Sec. 3. The Council shall transmit a copy of this resolution, upon its adoption, to the
nominee and to the Office of the Mayor.
Sec. 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
