To confirm the appointment of Mr. Stephen Miller as the Chief Technology Officer of the
District of Columbia.
RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this
resolution may be cited as the “Chief Technology Officer Stephen Miller Confirmation
Resolution of 2024”.
Sec. 2. The Council of the District of Columbia confirms the appointment of:
Mr. Stephen Miller
I Street, SE
Washington, DC 20003
(Ward 6)
as the Chief Technology Officer of the District of Columbia, established by section 1812 of the
Office of the Chief Technology Officer Establishment Act of 1998, effective March 26, 1999
(D.C. Law 12-175; D.C. Official Code § 1-1401), to serve at the pleasure of the Mayor.
Sec. 3. The Council shall transmit a copy of this resolution, upon its adoption, to the
nominee and to the Office of the Mayor.
Sec. 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
