The Council of the District of Columbia confirms the reappointment of: 21 22 Ms. Carla Seals 23 17th Street, NE 24 Washington, DC 20018 25 (Ward 5) 26 27 as a respiratory therapist licensed in the District member of the Board of Respiratory Care, 28 established by section 214 of the District of Columbia Health Occupations Revision Act of 1985, 29 effective March 25, 1986 (D.C. Cautiously assist with the transporting of patients to acute care hospitals and intubate as needed. Successfully perform oxygen therapy via proper device such as nasal cannula, non-rebreather, simple mask and air entrainment mask.
