To confirm the re appointment of Ms. Carla Seals to the Board of Respiratory Care.
RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this
resolution may be cited as the “Board of Respiratory Care Carla Seals Confirmation Resolution
of 2024”.
Sec. 2. The Council of the District of Columbia confirms the reappointment of:
Ms. Carla Seals
17th Street, NE
Washington, DC 20018
(Ward 5 )
as a respiratory care practi tioner licensed in the District member of the Board of Respiratory
Care, established by section 214 of the District of Columbia Health Occupations Revision Act of
1985, effective March 14, 1995 ( D.C. Law 10-203; D.C. Official Code § 3- 1202.14) ,
for a term
to end July 17, 2026.
Sec. 3. The Council shall transmit a copy of this resolution, upon its adoption, to the
nominee and to the Mayor.
Sec. 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
