288+has over 20 years of experience working on wireless broadband issues,
289+wireline broadband issues and consumer protection, including three
290+years leading a division of more than 85 staff members tasked with
291+resolving consumer complaints.
292+Mr. Tignor is also the former Chairman of Advisory Neighborhood
293+Commission (ANC) 4B. He was elected as the ANC Commissioner for
294+ANC 4B08 in November 2002 and served as the Chairman of ANC 4B
295+in 2003 and 2004. In this role, he often worked on issues affecting public safety. Mr. Tignor is
